Shipping cost is based on weight and dimension. We currently offer delivery through FedEx, UPS, and DHL. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to delays in shipment or delivery of merchandise. We take no responsibility after it is scanned and taken by carrier.
We prefer to use the service where a signature is required upon delivery. VEERO is not responsible for additional shipping fees if your package is not picked up. Customers may choose to waive the signature requirement by selecting “ship with no signature required.” We will contact you in the event of a backorder.
We generally ship in-stock items from our warehouse within 3-5 business days; however, some orders may require longer. Please consider this packing time when selecting your shipping method. Also remember not to include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment. Within the US, if you select FedEx or UPS GROUND, your package will have a delivery range of 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
There are two options if you would like your items expedited to you. Next Day Air will arrive one night after the item is shipped. Second Day Air will take two days to arrive.

Custom orders receive shipping quotes on a case-by-case basis and may take up to a week to prepare to ship. Made-to-order pieces require 12-16 weeks for production before shipping.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for all additional duties and taxes applicable to shipments of merchandise to locations outside the continental United States.
All applicable taxes will be applied to orders within New York State. You are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes, if any, applicable to merchandise shipped to locations outside New York State.
All sale items are non-returnable, final sale.
Veero will accept NON-SALE items for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt. Item must be returned in new and resale-able condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a store credit by email. Store credit cannot be used on the website directly, only on phone orders. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
Store credit must be redeemed within 12 months (1 year) from the date issued.
Special exemptions are as follows:
• All special order(s) are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed.
• Sale items or permanently reduced merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Email email@example.com and include your invoice number, shipment tracking number, and reason for the exchange. Your RMA number will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Merchandise sent to us without an RMA number or COD will be denied by our warehouse.
For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Veero is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Please remember that some of our products may show differences in the color or texture. Such differences are inherent in handmade products, so there may be minor distinctions that will make your purchase unique.
